When it’s a God-given desire, you don’t talk yourself out of it. You don’t come up with excuses. You know God will make a way, so you take steps of faith. You get out of your comfort zone and do things you never thought you could do. That’s God, not just giving you the desire but the power to do what pleases Him. When it’s a destiny desire, there’s a force breathing in your direction, pushing you forward, opening doors, causing people to be good to you. You’re not stressed over how it’s going to happen; you know it’s going to happen.
Are you praying any bold prayers? Are you asking God to turn situations around that look impossible, or have you talked yourself out of it? How many miracles are we missing because we’re not asking? Dare to ask, not just for your needs, not just for small things, but ask for your dreams, ask for the big things God put in your heart. He’s longing to be good to you. He wants to show you His favor in new ways. He’s just waiting for you to ask.
